• Owned the distribution wizard's workflow, interface, and backend with domain experts. Translated withdrawal and withholding rules into branching, calculations, and validation, requiring customers to revisit affected steps after changing earlier answers.
• Built enrollment and account-creation flows across three portals using React/TypeScript and Node/GraphQL. Delivered six major IRA features including federal/state withholding and integrations with Plaid, DocuSign, and ACH processing.
• Eliminated a data-loss defect across Java services and two portals by designing a partial-update API and updating its clients to preserve omitted fields.
• Fixed distributions stuck awaiting signature after completed DocuSign signing. Corrected event mapping and status handling, reconciled affected requests, and verified signing through downstream processing.
• Delivered MFA through Amazon Cognito, Java backend integration, and RabbitMQ messaging to keep enrollment status consistent across services.
• Executed 31 production deployments in 2025 with zero critical incidents from those releases. Resolved 13 critical production bugs, including eight P0/P1 issues, at under 24 hours average turnaround.
• Wrote and ran the ECS-to-EKS verification playbook using Argo CD and Datadog to check deployments and production requests. Used the findings in shared release decisions.
• Built the reusable Angular table that became the Staff Portal standard. Filtering, sorting, pagination, and consistent layouts improved record discovery and comparison. Operations requested it on additional screens.
